2026 Mill St Sewer Replacement Project

The Town of Sheldon has contracted for the replacement of approximately 900 ft of sewer main on Mill St in Sheldon Springs, VT. The existing sewer main in this location, which is approximately 100 years old, will be removed. A new, slightly relocated sewer main will be installed, as well as new and additional manholes and cleanouts.

The project engineer is Robert Clark, P.E. of Otter Creek Engineering in East Middlebury, VT.

The contractor is Isaac's Excavating Inc. of West Charleston, VT.

Construction will begin Monday, June 15, 2026. One-way traffic through the construction zone will be maintained on throughout the project. Substantial completion of the project is expected by August 2026. Final completion of the project is due by October 1, 2026.
