Mill St Sewer Replacement Project Construction Begins Monday, June 15th

The Town of Sheldon has contracted to replace approximately 900 ft of sewer main on Mill St in Sheldon Springs, VT, between the US Post Office and the intersection of Shawville Rd. The 100-year-old existing sewer main will be removed, and a new, relocated sewer main installed, including new and additional manholes and cleanouts.

Construction begins Monday, June 15, 2026. One-way traffic through the construction zone will be maintained throughout the project. For the safety of all, please observe caution and obey all traffic signals near the work zone.

Substantial completion is expected by August 14, 2026, and final completion by September 13, 2026. The project engineer is Robert Clark, P.E. of Otter Creek Engineering in East Middlebury, VT, and the contractor is Isaac's Excavating & Construction Inc. of West Charleston, VT.
